Spot is a hand-held tool for children’s discovery, a concept project combining AI technology and storytelling interactions. Spot is a CV camera and pico projector with a platform to create personal stories built on children’s personal explorations.

Spot is carried around outdoors, ‘collecting objects’ in nature by pointing at them. Spot identifies these objects and shares a story about it to the child.

At the end of the day, Spot can be placed in its dock and project a bedtime story that weaves together the objects found that day using AI for narrative structure.
