A 6 month sprint to a working prototype for the real streets of LA, our focus was to tie in as much human empathy into the design as possible. Working closely with the industrial design team, I helped construst the interaction architecture and designed concepts focused on Serve's personality, Postmates last mile delivery robot.

We developed the foundation for interaction using 3 levels — 1ft for customers and curious onlookers, 5ft for passing foot traffic, and 30ft for vehicles. We built the visual interaction language for these three interaction states in a full journeymap for navigating, customer facing interactions, and public street facing interactions.
